Pan African Shopfitters is committed to a process of transformation. The company has developed a strategy to drive transformation by adopting the Broad Based BEE principles of the Codes of good practice. The Company seeks to increase the BBBEE compliance level over time, in accordance with our longer term planning and target setting. The immediate plan for increasing the Compliance of the co includes the following initiatives:

* We have re-aligned our recruitment policy based on achieving our targets on the Employment Equity scorecard - by fast tracking high performance individuals who will have a positive impact.
* Continuing the focus on developing skills and expertise - which includes training via registered providers on accredited training courses and Learnership programs.
* Pan African has identified a beneficiary for both Enterprise development and Socio - Economic Development which is in the second year of success.
